Motivational Mondays

It's another beautiful Monday morning and I wanted to take a moment to remind you that Kindness makes you the most beautiful person in the world regardless of what you look like. It cost nothing to be kind but yet this world is full of such darkness so it is up to us to make the world a better place one day at a time.  

Here are  just a few ways to be kind because when you're kind to someone they are more likely to be kind to someone else. 

Take the time to hold a door for a stranger. If you see someone down without a smile give them yours I promise you it will change their whole outlook, give out random but sincere compliments to anyone I love doing this to complete strangers and watch the smiles on their faces grow because you actually took the time to notice them. Call a loved one/friend you haven't spoken to in awhile and catch up. My favorite thing to do is mail my family and friends cards just to say I am thinking of you this is not only a pleasant surprise for them but you never know whos spirits you might life up in their darkest moments. 

Let's all do our part to make the world a little bit brighter by spreading kindness like confetti anywhere and everywhere.
