Mindful Monday

Good morning we have made it to another beautiful Monday. I hope that you had an enjoyable weekend. It's time for another motivational Monday.

Today's quote comes from Vex King- "The reason why some people are so kind is because the world has been so unkind to them that they don't want other people to feel the way they did."  

I don't know about you but this is exactly why I'm so full of love and kindness. I was bullied and berated by kids while growing up and even some as an adult so I vowed to make sure no one ever felt that pain.

 My challenge to you today is to take a deep look at those around you especially the children in your life since they don't like to talk about being bullied and see if there is something you can do to show love and kindness. Call and check up on a friend's or loved one. Do something nice for a neighbor whatever you can think of to spread love today. 

Remember to always share your smile it could save someone's life. Have an amazing week.
