Motivational Monday
Good morning, we have made it to another beautiful Monday. I hope that you had a great Thanksgiving and an enjoyable weekend and took some time to unplug from your electronics and get back into nature.
I have found over the course of the last year that it's the small habits that matter. How you spend your mornings. How you talk to yourself. What you read and watch. Who you share your energy with and who has access to you.
Today I want to challenge you to change your mindset and your habits of how you start your day. When you start your day off with gratitude and thankfulness it can help make your day better and seem less stressful and could possibly change your life.
Start your day with something positive and or motivational whether that is reading something or turning on a youtube video while you're getting ready for the day even if you don't fully listen your subconscious does pick up things. Try not jumping on social media first thing in the morning and allowing your mind time to rest before seeing all the hate and negativity that comes through our apps. Had a rough day? call someone to talk it out or journal all that out before you go to sleep so your mind doesn't think about it all night and interrupt your sleep. Remember making small changes over time is a great way to make it a habit and help reinforce them to stay.
