Thankful Thursday

Good morning and welcome to another Thankful Thursday. I hope that you have an amazing day.

Did you know that gratitude can shield you from negativity? It also makes you happier, rewires your brain, eliminates stress, helps heal you, helps improve your sleep, boosts your self-esteem and performance, enhances the law of attraction and helps improve your relationships.

This is why I love to give you these weekly reminders to practice gratitude because it really can help make you a better person and prolong your life.  Gratitude helps you to see the silver lining in a crappy situation and can help you maintain your cool when things do go wrong. It also helps you to attract more goodness and love. So I urge you to start and end your day with a grateful heart even if life isn't all sunshines and rainbows right now because it might help life's storms feel less intense.
