Motivational Monday

I was inspired to write today's blog by Leo's love for the game of poker. I read a quote that said. 

"You don't have a right to the cards that you believe you should have been dealt. You have an obligation to play the crap out of the one's you're holding." 

We can choose to see life like a game of poker. Sometimes you want to hold on to everything you have in your hand because life is good and things are going your way, other times you want to fold because you don't like the cards you're dealt. 

When you get to the moment where you want to fold you  have an obligation to your future self  to try looking at those moments as a time for learning and becoming a better version of yourself.  You can achieve anything that you set your mind to as long as you are willing to put in the hard work so don't let anyone dull your sparkle or your dreams. 

Remember to stay kind and love yourself as well as those around you and if you see someone without a smile give them yours.
