Life often brings us more challenges then we think that we can handle but how often can we look back after the challenge has been completed and realize that we can adapt and overcome? 

I challenge you to start your day finding something to be grateful for because in doing so you will find that overtime you find yourself finding more things that are going right instead of focusing on all the craziness happening around you. 

My time here in the movement has taught me many things but the biggest lesson that I have learned is that if you can help someone else you find the strength to continue to press on. 

Keep your head held high. Spread love light and kindness around like wild flowers because you never know who's life you just might save.
