Today I just want you to be thankful for yourself and how far you have come. Be thankful and proud of yourself!

Today I want to share a quote by Albert Schwitzer. He said " At times, our own light goes out and is rekindled by a spark from another person. Each of us has cause to think with deep gratitude of those who have lighted the flame within us."  

Today I just want you to take a moment and be thankful for those around you that have helped keep your flame  lit and a challenge to be that light for someone else. You never know who's life you might save just by being the flame that relights their candle. 

Be grateful for life, be grateful for the people who choose to walk through this journey with you.
