Thankful Thursday
Good Morning and welcome to another Thankful Thursday. I hope that you have had an amazing week so far.
Today I want us all to take a few minutes and think about the people who make a difference in our lives and strive to do better for the world. I read a quote that really sums up the definition of these kinds of people. As you read it, think about who in our life this fits and then tell them thank you. Let them know their work doesn't go unnoticed. It is because of their grit and determination we are where we are today. They are the ones who pour out so much love and expect nothing in return other than for you to go be a blessing to someone else.
"People who really want to make a difference in the world usually do it, in one way or another, and I have noticed something about people who make a difference in the world: they hold the unshakable conviction that individuals are extremely important, that every life matters. They get excited over one smile. They are willing to feed one stomach, educate one mine, and treat one wound. They aren't determined to revolutionize the world all at once; they're satisfied with small changes. Over time, though, the small changes add up. Sometimes they even transform cities and nations and yes, the world." - Beth Clark
My challenge for you this week is to find someone who is making those small changes and see if there is anything that you can do to get involved to aid them in spreading love and kindness. Go feed the homeless, go pick up trash as you walk, go check on that neighbor who you know might enjoy the company. There are endless possibilities to become a better human for those around us.
I hope that you will find a way to bless someone else as you go about your day because one simple act of kindness can trickle through tons of people. I hope that you have found value in this message and I hope that you have the most amazing day. I look forward to seeing you next week , remember to always be kind as it costs nothing. If you see someone without a smile give them yours you really don't know whose life you could change.
