Fun Friday

I was inspired to write this courtesy of my kids  as I was speaking to my children about their favorite day of the week and of course they said Friday when I asked why Friday was so important to them they both answered because it's "Fun Friday" Why is this day so important to our kids because it's the day of the week that their teachers take the time after all lessons are done to do fun and interactive things to get them to think outside of the box. It's time to be creative and do some team building. As adults I feel we often forget to unplug from our devices and just be present in the moment soaking in all that life has to offer.

I encourage you to go find something that you enjoy that maybe you haven't done in awhile and just soak up the moment. Tomorrow isn't promised and we should be enjoying this life and all the beauty that is around us. I have found since i started taking one day a week to unplug from our electronics it has made a huge difference for the family.
