Mindful Monday

Good morning, we have made it to another beautiful Monday.   I hope that you had an amazing and an enjoyable weekend and took some time to unplug from your electronics, spend time with your family and friends and get back into nature.

I wanted to share with you some things that you should never feel guilty about doing in your life because you deserve to be happy and healthy even though others might try to tell you that you are being selfish.

Setting healthy boundaries, Prioritizing your mental health, doing what makes you happy, Loving someone deeply, standing up for yourself, asking for help, being a dreamer, sleeping in when your body needs rest, choosing a different path for yourself, speak your truth, making mistakes, telling people no, having a different opinion, experiencing strong emotions, taking time to be alone, needing a break and always putting yourself first. 

I hope that you have found value in this message, and I hope that you have the most amazing day. I look forward to seeing you next week, remember to always be kind as it costs nothing.  If you see someone without a smile give them yours you really don't know whose life you could change.
