Mindful Monday

Good morning, we have made it to another beautiful Monday. I hope that you had an enjoyable weekend and took some time to unplug from your electronics and get back into nature.

This weekend I was reading the Phantom Tollbooth by Norton Juster to the kiddos and I wanted to share a quote with you from it that I feel is a great topic of conversation especially with the kids all going back to school and just a great reminder that it's ok to make mistakes as long as we learn from them.

"You must never feel badly about making mistakes as long as you take the trouble to learn from them. For you often learn more by being wrong for the right reasons than you do by being right for the wrong reasons."

I challenge you to take a close inventory of your life and choices you are making in your life and determine if they are good choices and will bring forth love, light and positivity instead of hate and negativity. Never stop learning and always ask questions when you make mistakes so you can learn to do things better.

I hope that you have found value in this message and I hope that you have the most amazing day. I look forward to seeing you next week , remember to always be kind as it costs nothing.  If you see someone without a smile give them yours you really don't know whose life you could change.
