Good morning, we have made it to another beautiful Monday.   I hope that you had an amazing and an enjoyable weekend and took some time to unplug from your electronics, spend time with your family and friends and get back into nature.

Today I want to remind you to find balance in your life and only when you find the balance for your own personal life can you make your decision to protect it at all costs because no one is worth your inner peace and sanity. Give but don't allow yourself to be used. Love but don't allow your heart to be abused. Trust but don't be naive. Listen but don't lose your own voice.  

Way too often we forget how to use the power of our own voices because we fall into that must please everyone mentality but what you fail to realize is that when you have found your true power there is no stopping us from achieving everything they said you couldn't. 

I hope that you continue to chase your dreams and don't let anyone tell you that you can't achieve them.
